it fits

One of my many design requirements for the BYOV booth was that it could collapse to fit on top of my car, and that I could load and unload it easily by myself. I can now safely say that I met that requirement.

I suppose one might argue that this isn't the perfect car for this project, but hey, it gets good mileage.

shopping mall! that's a good idea.
I could ask questions about american commercialism and the fear of the outdoors...

You'd have to be able to sell them something really cool on the spot (otherwise, you'll never be able to quit your day job). There's probably not an easy way to incorporate the voices in real-time into a song, but you never know. If you had a really good template song, with pre-defined places to insert voices, it is definitely not impossible. If people can put your face on a mug or your name on a hat, it should be possible to put your voice in a song.

Of course, second best is that you could sell an existing voices CD and let them get a chance at being incorporated into a future disc.

Anyway, just some thoughts ...

and good thoughts at that. plans are well underway for quasi real-time incorporation of recorded voices into partially pre-determined live music, much as you suggest. there is some great software out there that would help enable this to happen, though it still isn't trivial. once I quit my day job, I'll have more time to figure it all out!
when's my patron going to materialize?

oh yes, the first official 'words and voices' album will be released in early February. it will be for sale, but it's gonna take a lot of them flying off the shelves to support my extravagant lifestyle...

Cool, can I pre-order my copy now?? I don't want to miss it before it sells out!

Sounds like what you need is a sugar-momma. That would probably give you the free time you seek, and I suggest you focus your efforts in this area.
