conviction
This is a really great story about a guy who quit his cushy job as principal percussionist at the Chicago Symphony to pursue his dream of being a rock star. OK, maybe this wasn't strictly the smartest thing to do, but I really admire his ability to go with what he cares deeply about and not what is the easiest route to comfort.
